    Easy high protein low point taco breakfast bake!

    With the holidays in full swing, we need all of the low point, filling, and ww friendly recipes we can get, am I right? One of my favorite recipes that I make year round is my taco breakfast bake! its so easy to make, its delicious, super filing and so point friendly! I love having this readily available to just quickly heat up in my air fryer or microwave! You can 1/6th of the recipe for only 3sp on the blue plan! And the servings are huge!     Taco breakfast bake 3sp per 1/6th I love having this meal on hand. Its so yummy, filling and low point. Recipe: Spray casserole dish Preheat oven to 375 Measure 109 g of ore ida hashbrowns in a large bowl or 2sp worth of your brand Add in 2sp worth of turkey sausage Nuke for 1 min in microwave to soften Take 4 mini corn tortillas and spread fat free refried beans across each one Layer on bottom of casserole dish *I break 2 in half to fill in empty spaces Then add a 4 oz can of green chiles, a can of pinto beans, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, a few jalapenos, and 12 eggs to bowl that has the hashbrowns and sausage in it and mix thoroughly. I personally am sticking with the OG blue plan or I as I like to call it, the OG Freestyle. If it ain't broke, Im not fixing it. Its worked for me for nearly 2 years now and I am down 98 lbs.
