Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:
We understand that once in a blue moon, an individual may not enjoy our products, and we hope to diffuse any hesitation in trying them. On those rare occasions, we will process a return of any unopened merchandise, up to $50, when returned to our offices.
Buyer must express desire to return goods via email (at the address provided below) within 30 days from purchase date. Refunds shall only be processed on merchandise and will exclude processing fees and/or shipping fees already paid to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any comparable shipper. Buyer understands that return shipment will be at their expense, as DBN no longer provides pre-paid mail labels. On orders that have earned "Free Shipping" status, a 15% processing fee shall be deducted from refund, to offset the processsing and fulfillment costs that we incurred in providing the goods.
To start a return, please adhere to the following steps:
1) Email service@divebarnutrition.com and state why you would like to return your order. Emails are typically answered within three business days, however, communication may take longer based on current business climate and staffing challenges. If you have a damaged package, it is important that you send pictures of the package along with your email. We reserve the right to pursue damages with USPS. Please photograph several angles including the shipping label with your name on it. Claiming that you received damaged goods without a picture is not grounds for a refund.
2) Once provided a Return Authorization number, ship the unopened merchandise back to us with a note that includes the Return Authorization code and the order number. If you cannot find your order number, customer service can provide it to you. In the event of the return of clothing or non-consumable goods, they must be unworn/unused. Bars are NOT resold/restocked, but must be in our possession prior to issuing a refund.

3) Refunds will be processed within three business days of receipt of returned goods and will be returned to the method of payment originally use.
