This is a heatable protein Blondie and the flavor is maple man cake, a.k.a. pancake flavor. I microwave this for about 10 seconds or you can put it in the oven as well and heat it up. Dip this baby in some pancake syrup and youll think you’re eating pancakes with syrup.

These. Are. The. Best !! I love the flavor of maple and what better to have in a protein bar than a flavor you love. Other protein bars just do - Chocolate. or Peanut butter. No, these protein bars are amazing and they have so many flavor choices ! Yum. Try them you will not be disappointed ! I just ordered the caramel cookie and the Girl scout Samoans and I can't wait to try both.

Yum! Pop in the air fryer for 4-5 minutes and drizzle with maple syrup, so good! Great for a pre-workout protein snack or breakfast on the go. These are a big thicker/fluffier than their traditional bars which I really like. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

My new favorite. Enjoy the pieces of nuts with the maple finish. Texture is great as well and the macros are solid, all around awesome bar.
