This powder also makes great waffles by adding one egg, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Put 2 tablespoons in mini waffle maker. It makes 3-4 waffles.

My favorite thing to do with it is to add it to some plain or vanilla Greek yogurt to really increase my protein for the day. It changes the texture so slightly in such a positive way that it makes it feel like I’m eating an extra special dessert. I highly recommend this one.!!
