Our wonderful team member, Jessica, brought up the idea of a Calypso cookie months ago, when we had another coconut flavor out. We looked into it and found that it is a local specialty !

Modified for protein bar formula, ours is a blend of coconut and pecan, with a hint of caramel flavor in place of traditional butter and sugar. O...M...G ! ! ! 

Of course you will get the energizing formula that you expect in a Dive Bar including 500 mg Taurine, 90mg, caffeine, and 19 grams of protein. Go you !  !  !
