Our wonderful team member, Jessica, brought up the idea of a Calypso cookie months ago, when we had another coconut flavor out. We looked into it and found that it is a local specialty !
Modified for protein bar formula, ours is a blend of coconut and pecan, with a hint of caramel flavor in place of traditional butter and sugar. O...M...G ! ! !Â

This is a great new flavor. I love the coconut and chocolate together. Macros are great and it’s a good pre or post workout snack.
